These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through VehicleDataSheet.com. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the conditions outlined below.
1. Nature of the Service
VehicleDataSheet.com provides personalised Vehicle Data Sheets generated from the customer’s supplied VIN (Vehicle Identification Number). Each PDF report is custom-made for the specific VIN entered during checkout.
Because this is a made-to-order digital product, traditional return rights for physical goods do not apply.
2. Accuracy of the VIN Provided
The customer is responsible for entering the correct VIN. We may be able to correct minor typographical errors (up to a few characters) after purchase, but we cannot guarantee correction in all cases.
If the VIN entered is incorrect and a report has already been generated, the order cannot be refunded.
3. No Refund Policy
All purchases on VehicleDataSheet.com are non-refundable.
This is because:
- Each report is custom-built for one unique VIN
- Processing begins immediately after the order is placed
- The final PDF cannot be “returned” once delivered
- A sample PDF was shown on the product page before purchase
Refunds will not be provided if a customer expected more or different information than what is present in the official manufacturer data.
4. Delivery Format and Language
Your PDF report is delivered electronically via email in the language selected at checkout. Available languages include:

VehicleDataSheet.com is not responsible for incorrect language selection made by the customer during checkout.
5. Payment Processing (PayPal)
All payments are securely processed through PayPal. We do not store or have access to your credit card or banking details.
Orders are only processed once payment has been confirmed by PayPal.
6. Intellectual Property
All Vehicle Data Sheets, layouts, descriptions, graphics, and supporting materials are the intellectual property of VehicleDataSheet.com. The customer receives a personal, non-transferable license to use the PDF for private or professional reference.
Redistribution, resale, or republication of the PDF is not permitted without written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
The information in each report is based solely on the official factory data linked to the VIN. VehicleDataSheet.com is not responsible for:
- Missing or incomplete manufacturer records
- Modifications made to the vehicle after production
- Discrepancies between factory data and current equipment
- Errors caused by incorrect VIN submission
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the report.
8. Customer Responsibilities
By placing an order, the customer confirms that:
- The VIN provided is correct
- They understand the product is custom-made
- They reviewed the sample PDF shown on the product page
- They agree to the no-refund policy
- They will not misuse, copy, or distribute the generated PDF without permission

10. Business Datasheet Credits Policy
Business Datasheet Credits (25/50/100) purchased through VehicleDataSheet.com are subject to the following conditions:
- Business Datasheet Credits are non-refundable. Once purchased, they cannot be exchanged back into money under any circumstance.
- Business Datasheet Credits cannot be converted to cash, credited back to the customer, or transferred to another account.
- Business Datasheet Credits are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. After expiration, any unused credits are automatically voided.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to use their credits before the expiration date.
By purchasing Business Credits, the customer agrees to these terms.
